A year ago, I passed by a group of people wearing uniforms with printed words known as "KARANCHO", I thought it to be a club, a sort of an association. True to my suspicion, indeed it is. Aside from their eye catching uniform, I noticed that all of them have motorcycles. I asked a friend about it, he told me that it is an organization of motorcycle riders in the Philippines, it has a lot of branches nationwide.

Different Types of Motorcycles

Like any other products, motorcycles have different types too. Here are a few on our list. First is, the Road Motorcycle - this one is a basic type of a motorcycle catering the needs of regular travellers. The latter has all the necessary accessories for safety and comfort. ( signal lights, horn, head light..etc ) usually, the engine capacity ranges between 100 to 125 cc. The other type is known as the Sports bike - these types of motorcycles are lighter and sometimes smaller, usually intended for racing purposes. The engine capacity of this type ranges between 600 to 700 cc, others reach as high as 1000 cc. The last on our list is the cruiser type - this is meant for long distance travel. Henderson and Harley Davidson are examples of this type.

It is easy to buy things isn't it, but the hard part is - how to choose the best. Almost everyday we buy things, and an advice on choosing the right item is a good information to get. Let's talk about choosing a motorcycle, what motorcycle is the best of all. Here's an idea on how to get it right. If you are planning to buy a motorcycle, you must put in mind a motorcycle that is fit for you. For instance you are a big person, tall to be specific; the motorcycle that is good for you is a big and high standing motorcycle, not a tiny one. The same is true with the opposite, if you are a small person, then a smaller motorcycle is good enough for you to get. In other words, it doesn't depend much on how good the motorcycle is, but if it fits you and that you are comfortable with it.

Important things every new rider should know

Have you experience driving a motorcycle? Many did. If you are reading this article and you have not driven a motorcycle for the first time, then this is for you. The following are important for your safety and convinience. First , you must do things right. I mean, get a license, be legal and smart. Second, you must train yourself to drive. This is usually better done with the help of an expert and calm driver. Your friend may be a good driver, but not a good teacher or instructor. Third, don't try to get a dream bike immediately; meaning, you have to be a skilled driver first before attempting to get an expensive motorcycle, you are still in the progress stage. Driving a motorcycle is fun if done with safety measures.
